Relationships
Eagle has a… unique… grasp of relationships. He is a generally friendly and kindhearted person who likes just about everyone he meets. So, if he has ever spoken to your character he probably likes them… unless otherwise noted.
However even if he likes someone or trusts them, Eagle can still consider them an enemy if he knows that they will try to interfere in his plans. In order to attain his greatest wish he would do just about anything, even fight the people he cares about.
Part of what makes Eagle such a strong Commander is that he is pretty good at reading people and their motivations. So in general the people Eagle likes will be those with strong hearts and kind natures.

During an escape attempt through the City’s fountain Eagle was thrown into a shard of this person’s world. A shinigami collecting the souls of the recently murdered in Whitechapel, London. Soon after this incident this person escaped the City… leaving Eagle with a lot of questions.
