The day started out with me stressed and nervous about Friday morning class, for which I was up way too late preparing.  For some reason I was convinced the class would be a flop, and as is usually the case it went off just fine, maybe even better than fine, but as it was fine was fine with me.  About half way through the three hours I managed to

Thanks -- it felt good to take care of myself. Or have someone else take care of me for a bit. Not something I usually indulge in, but maybe ought to try out more often.
