I have mini-goals, and a final complete goal for losing weight. I did this so that I would have some victories as I go... since my ultimate goal is to lose 150 pounds, and that jsut does not happen fast if you wish to do it in a healthy way ( Read more... )

I am now down 19 pounds from when I started weight watchers.. so YAY it is working for me!!!!! 11 more and I reach my first goal and will have to make myself another one..lol! When I hit that goal, I get to go buy new jeans! Whoot!

Today I went hiking. OMG I was so unprepared for it!!!!! Wow am I not in shape! ha haa! I had a ton of fun, but my body aches now in places I didn't know I had! I went with Lisa from work and her kids, and L's daughter.
