Diet thoughts

I have mini-goals, and a final complete goal for losing weight. I did this so that I would have some victories as I go... since my ultimate goal is to lose 150 pounds, and that jsut does not happen fast if you wish to do it in a healthy way.

My first mini goal is 30 pounds, adn YIPPEEE!!! I can see it coming up! Im so excited!!!

Weight Watchers is really working for me, and I also have cut down severly on wheat. I think I have a mild allergy to it, so Im using that as a good reason to eat much less of it. I tried cutting it out completely, and that was jsut REALLY hard!! Its in everything!!!

And, just so you know, rice tortillas, are bad bad bad to try and make burritos with. I coudl not get them to bend, and I had warmed them and everything. And I lose rice, so it wasnt me... but they tasted like cardboard. So sad.
