I'm sad to say that with nearly 160,000 miles my 1996 Saturn, Honk, has died.  I have had him for three years now and it breaks my heart that his transmission is shot.  I tried to go to work today, and while attempting to go from park to reverse Honk revved his little engine to over 4,000 RPMs.  He continued to do this while I put my foot on the ( Read more... )

Wow.  The only service in town that I could actually attend with my current schedule for today requires tickets because of security reasons.  That's really sad.

Ah well.  Maybe I'll go for Yom Kippur.  I'll trade off--last year I went to Rosh Hashanah services, so this year I could go for Yom Kippur.  That sounds fair right?

I'm so incredibly tired of packing. I haven't even finished my room yet. I have four bags full of clothes to donate. Some of them are Col's; some, mine. I have made it half-way across my room. I still have yet to do the closet (all the things are boxed, but I don't want to move all of it.)

We had Inventory last night. It seemed to go really well, as we only had a few problem areas (the Do-Jiggies) and a few recounts. They were all done troubleshooting by 1:30. We had a huge team willing to stay until 6 a.m., so after we were able to get the reports printed and passed out we had about two and a half to three hours to start pulling ( Read more... )
