At least the storm has died down. Recovering from that isn't going to be an easy job. Strange how these people have lived around water all their lives, but when a storm like that occurs, they barely know what hit them.

Then again, I suppose the sandstorms in Dalmasca are the same way. There isn't much that can be done.
