To my knowledge this dress has only been found ONCE since the episode's air and at that time, which was probably nearly a decade ago now, it was on eBay for $1,600. As far as I know this is the only dress ever obtained by a River. A true UNICORN!!

Clara's UTL/BTF Pinafore is currently available again on here. Right now, they have all the sizes in stock but I know from other cosplayers that they have already ordered one, so I don't know when they're going to run out again.
