FOUND! River Song's Forest of the Dead Amanda Wakeley Ivory Silk Satin Dress
To my knowledge this dress has only been found ONCE since the episode's air and at that time, which was probably nearly a decade ago now, it was on eBay for $1,600. As far as I know this is the only dress ever obtained by a River. A true UNICORN!!
