Femme Eleven Hair help and Deciding which Amy to wear.

So my mom and I are going to a Halloween party on Saturday as Femme Eleven and Amy respectively. I need to figure out how to help style my mom's hair. I've posted a picture below of what her normal hairstyle looks like.below. I apologize for the size of the image. Any ideas on how to make it look Matt-Smithy without dying it, just styling it.

It looks like you could just part it the other way and tease, spray, or mousse it out a little to add a bit of bigness. Try to get a lot of it flopping lopsidedly over the right side of her face.

I just wanted to say that it's awesome that you and your mother are going to a Halloween party together in costume. Rock on nerdy mothers! (Mine dressed as Gandalf-from-The-Hobbit for Halloween when she was in high school, and still has her map pinned to her office wall, but I don't think she'd dress up now. Boo.)

As far as costume choices go, Time of Angels is the most recognizable Amy Pond costume. If you want to be a bit more original while maintaining Amy's classic look then go with Pandorica or The Doctor's Wife.

It depends on which Curse outfit you have. If you have full out Pirate Pond ROCK IT. Otherwise, the outfit cute but it's not super recognizable. For recognizable factor I'd go for either FaS or Pandorica. FaS is definitely the most recognizable but that's kinda a double edged sword, if that makes any sense O:

I have a colonial/civil war era coat that I'm going to use for Curse. Plus I have a Tri corner hat. only missing the gosh darn bandolier and was thinking of making a cutlass out of cardboard
