Femme Eleven Hair help and Deciding which Amy to wear.

So my mom and I are going to a Halloween party on Saturday as Femme Eleven and Amy respectively. I need to figure out how to help style my mom's hair. I've posted a picture below of what her normal hairstyle looks like.below. I apologize for the size of the image. Any ideas on how to make it look Matt-Smithy without dying it, just styling it.




And also I'm trying to decide which Amy outfit to wear. She's doing Red bow tie, suspenders, etc. So the costumes I have that match those are:

The Curse of the Black Spot
The Doctor's Wife
The Time of Angels / Flesh and Stone
The Pandorica Opens / Big Bang 2

Any help would be awesome!
