there's a girl in iran sentenced to hang for fighting three rapists off her and her niece. that's already seen as violence to somebody more superior, but she stabbed one in the chest and he ended up dying, so now she's in trouble too since a man's life is seen as twice as valuable as a woman's. iranian officials condemned her to death ( Read more... )

i haven't updated this is so long i don't even think it counts as being my journal.

senior rec was cool, championships was amazing (and cold), i hope our football team goes far, and all that jazz.

tonight was sarah's surprise party, which was pretty amazing. it kind of helped me sort some things out. we'll see.

umm... i just filled out a college application. minus the essay of course, i just needed to send in a basic one so i can stay over. but i mean, i did most of it anyway so i didn't have to do it later. so i basically did everything except fill in the essay.

i just filled out a real college application. and once my mom double checks it...
