i <3 concerts. should i elaborate?

third time for rbf today. mmm. [at mr. small's]

a westbound train= pretty good.
suburban legends= love.
streetlight manifesto= boo.
rbf needs no explanation.

the first band was pretty good, i do have to say. of course, first band, you're not really into it yet. but despite that i was pretty much feeling them. i'll have to dl a little bit. maybe catch them at another show.

suburban legends is amazing. my favorite ska band, after rbf. i was super mad that they only played like five songs and streetlight manifesto played for an hour, but at least i finally got to see SL. made my day. week. month. something like that. AND they played "up all night", mi favorito. and what other band do you know of that would close their show with "under the sea"?! NOBODY ELSE! because SL is incredible like that.

rbf played the first half of "enter sandman" during their set. completely unexpected, but pretty sweet nonetheless. i was pretty geeked that they did eighteen thousand versions of "suburban rhythm". definately a highlight. so was the constant skanking and jumping, with breaks only to not pass out.

the only complaint aside from streetlight manifesto's set being twelve hours too long, my camera died like five or six songs into rbf's set. BLAH. but we still got some okay ones, so i'm definately geeked about that.

i'd like some bragging rights for a minute. i think i deserve them.
~10th grade i spot jay london at the waterfront.
~and aaron barrett at my first rbf show.
~11th grade i meet all of transition and spot matt wong.
~i spot vincent walker today.
i love going out with me.

i still can't get over the fact that i bought an incredible sl shirt, and it has vincent walker's signature in the middle of it. made my month. year. decade. whatever.

i guess that's about it. amazing concert, i think even came close to jack's mannequin. now that's saying something.
