Not such a good experience
Last night I wanted to do a swim+run brick. The swim was terrible, my body and strokes were super floppy. I took it easy as it's been so long since the last swim, but I felt so exhausted after I couldn't even jog back home! Early morning adventure
In my last year in uni, my friend and I gained so much weight over a six-month exchange program in Europe that we decided to exercise regularly. So a group of us started running regularly every week.
