How to tell it is summertime...

It is *not* the weather nor is it the tourists who are always dressed in shorts but the one certainty that summer has arrived is the fact that roadworks start popping up all over the place.

I like it when it starts to get warm and the weather becomes sunny and dry (mind you it's raining today) because you see all the Harleys coming out again, makes me smile.
