Welsh is like the Godfather of Due South. He's a great character. At first glance he's just your stereotypical grumpy Lt./Captain on a buddy cop show, but then he says or does something that gives the finger to all of that. I love it, and he's captured here perfectly. Go Hardy go! :D

(You know what would be really great a conversation between Welsh and Fraser Sr. That I'd kill for.)
