What I Like About the Fanwork so far: I have really been enjoying reading Resonant's text. I'm particularly pleased with how several of the scenes came out, including one of the sex scenes (which are still a struggle for me in general, so I'm especially happy with that one).
What’s driving me nuts about the Fanwork so far: The bits where characters interrupt each other, which work great on the page, and would make fine theater, but are hard to read with a single reader. Scenes with several secondary characters; in general, I'd like to have more distinctive voices for the secondary characters than I've managed so far, but I

Research and world-building can take SO MUCH time, especially with the historical aspects you guys had talked about incorporating, but it will all show on the page. Even the stuff that doesn't make it into the fic will make it a stronger story. *\o/*

What’s driving me nuts about the Fanwork so far: I don't have time to write, and when I do have time I don't have energy, and when I have both of those I'm blocked. =P
Anything Else: I did find out I'll have more time in July than I thought for fun stuff, so I have a bit of a reprieve from my original plan to have it drafted by the end of June. Which is good because June just got INSANE on me.

Yes, it's Kat Allison's! I actually think it's the only HCL fic which is big bang-length (not counting some crossovers) but it's also a really good fic, I think.

And yes, Dief is totally a dragon. : )
