There is no electricity.  No water.  No groceries.  No stores to buy anything.  No gas.  No Phones.  No cell phones.  Nothing works yet.  We are leaving tomorrow, hoping that we can get through the downed trees and electrical lines.  We have a generator, if there is a house left, maybe we can have enough power for water and lights until we get ( Read more... )

Do you remember what it was like to fly?

I do.

I love my sister, but weddings weird me out. I hope to make it through today without:

• Punching my mother in the face.
• Forgetting the rings.
• Getting the giggles during the ceremony (I'm standing next to my sister for the whole service).
• Getting wasted BEFORE i have to make my ultra, super, important toast at the reception.
