Lovely! The first picture doesn't show how gorgeous the fabric is in close up!

And yes, it's better to fit over the corset. Not only does that change the size of the waist, it can also move your bustline to a different position.

So true, that is why I drafted a pattern myself. The one I'm wearing now is the LM100 silverado. The first real corset I made. I think the silverado is not really the right shape for me. So I hope the new corset will be better suited for my shape.

ThanX, the fullnes comes from the pattern TV292. Mine is worn over a small bustle I made. My daughter didn't want to wear a bustle so she wore it as is. Her skirt is basically the same as mine, but I adjusted the pattern to be shorter at the front and sloping to ground level at the back.
