Sunday was my great auntie Dolly's ninetieth birthday. Her granddaughter, Laura, organised a little party for her over at Stanion Village Hall. I started my new job today. It's just temporary, until I go back to uni in September. I'm working at Avon, in their contact centre. Apparently a bunch of people are being made redundant because they're moving the contact centre to India, so they're hiring temporary call agents until the new place is up and running. I just watched the third and final part to a mini series on TV with my dad, called 'Tin Man'. It's been described as a modern reimagining of the classic tale, 'The Wizard of Oz', but technically it's a sequel.
