I started my new job today. It's just temporary, until I go back to uni in September. I'm working at Avon, in their contact centre. Apparently a bunch of people are being made redundant because they're moving the contact centre to India, so they're hiring temporary call agents until the new place is up and running. Wow, that definitely makes me feel better about the mess and clutter in my room xD I really hope your training gets less tedious as well - just reading that makes my head feel numb...

I'm hoping they just wanted to get all the boring stuff out of the way on the first day. I'm sure there'll be a decent amount to learn, about which buttons to press and stuff. And I guess if we're going to be answering customers' questions, we'd kind of have to be experts on how the company works.

Ew at the messes, and doll, I feel you on the hair issue. The mushroom, the puffing, the ridiculousness of how it goes this way and that whenever it feels like it. My friend Stacy is a goddess with fixing it though, and her thinning shears and razor are my favorite things lol.
