It was really really hard, but I went and talked to Ryan today.(that would be my ex who now aparently gets really really high and drunk all the time) I am glad i did tho. And as much as i hate the way it sounds, and hate even more to admit it, I missed him, not as a boyfriend or anything, but i honestly missed talking to him, I mean, it's not easy

who are you to say what kairos is for each and every person??? not a community for live journal? hey, sorry, we just wanted a way to easily keep in contact with all these people we have grown to really care about, and its something where we can continue to tell our problems and get advice... what's for show??? the fact that on any given weekend now we have 15 or 20 of us from 169 hanging out and truly just having fun together? do you not think its possible to have such a good kairos something like this happens? and so what if kids continue to get drunk? maybe they have too big of issues that its not something they want to confront just yet, or ever... kairos effects people in so many different ways, and so maybe drinking isn't the worst problem they have, think about it... and what's this "not too proud of some of the august leaders"??? does each one of them have to be saints to be able to lead? who knows, just wait till the kids get back and get their input, before you go and talk shit... for christs sakes, sorry you didn't have as

Hi, I don't know who you are or why you're reading my live journal, and if you know me you'll know that I'm not a very confontational person, but you did not just hate on my kairos group. Don't even go there with me. I guess you don't want a part of this crazy love. First of all where the hell do you get off critisizing anyone about how they're living the 4th!? No i don't get drunk, but if someone from my kairos wants to that's their decision and their choice, we still all love and support eachother for who we are, despite our flaws. Isn't that what Kairos is all about, unconditional love and acceptance? Maybe YOU'VE forgotten that, but i haven't. And we haven't let any of the secrets loose on live journal so if we wanna post, just leave us be and mind your own bussiness please. And we will NEVER stop with the "stupid kairos parties" we are a close group and if we wanna stay that way by getting together than shouldn't you be happy for us? maybe your kairos wasn't that close...if that's the case i truely am sorry cuz that sucks. but

To be honest, some of the things I agree with the senior and some I don't. The drinking part is dumb. People are going to drink no matter. Seniors did and so are you guys. It's up to you guys to help them out and take care of them because obviously you don't want to see a classmate in the hospital or god forbid . . . dead. Some of my class messed up big by letting our friends drive home drunk. One thing I don't agree with is so what if they get drunk. My best friend is constantly drunk, and it's because she has huge problems at home, but that doesn't mean I should let alcohol make her feel better. I was just like one of you guys because I was on the first junior kairos, and I was and still am head over heels for my kairos. I led with seven of them in August. Talk about amazing. Jen brandon and Frances Gatchalian are still my best friends. So, yeah, I don't blame you guys for wanting to keep in touch because I wouldn't mind to have that. Though I'm indifferent to the kairos community, as long as you guys take care of each
