[ Have view of some scary men tossing coffins into the ocean from outside a prison. A prison that looks like it belongs in hell (or possibly a lord of the rings movie) what with the scary pillars and the crows and the screaming people getting their eyes poked out by said crows while dangling from those pillars in cages filled with bones. Pretty, ( Read more... )

If you want to call it that. Has anyone ever told you that you have a way with animals?

Can't say anyone has. Do turtles count?

Sure. I've got nothing better to do right now.

What were you doing in an obviously occupied coffin?

Using it as a hiding place. Not my favorite spot to hide, coffins.

[Oh, Jack. For a few moments, there are actually no words, because it's difficult to express the complicated mix of exasperation, slight amusement, fury, curiosity and utter lack of surprise which Barbossa is currently experiencing. So, for a few seconds, he can only roll his eyes, every part of him radiating a sense of gods give me strength, even if, in some respects, you kind of have to admire Jack's style. In a disgusted way.

Of course, Barbossa being quiet just means he's building up to something especially long, shouty and insulting. Something like this:]

What in the name of the seven hells and all the perishin' puerile lolly-gaggin' witless bilge rats which therein dwell and whose number I believe ye've only just missed recently joinin' have ye done now?

[ Jack straightens himself out and makes a look like a kid being scolded. Nail-biting and pouting included. This lasts a whole 5 seconds after Barbossa's done talking before Jack ...completely ignores everything he just said ]

Hector! Are you still in the same spot?

[That'd be because he is a kid being scolded, if you ask Barbossa. :|]

Aye. I see ye're takin' fine care of me ship, as ever. Ye ignored me question, Jack.

[ S-so much pouting. And more ignoring ]

I take wonderful care of my ship. See? I'm right back on it. Only left her for a little bit. Hardly enough to count.

I didn't know leg bones could make decent oars. ~The more you know~, I suppose.

Make sure to keep lots of legs handy, then, in case your ship sinks.
