It appears so. His apartment is unoccupied, with his personal effects and belongings left intact, and as far as we know, no one's been able to contact him for several weeks.

They are. I'm supervising investigations of his apartment and office. So far they've been less than fruitful, but we've just begun.

As of tomorrow, it will have been two weeks since...I last spoke to him.

From the evidence in his apartment it's clear he's been gone that long. I didn't take note of the absence until he failed to attend Miss Fey's party.

As far as I've been able to determine. His phone lists his missed calls dating back that far, and no one I've contacted has heard from him since. It appears the...last conversation I had with him may have been one of the last he participated in, here or on our world.

Oh no... that's terrible! I should have noticed that he was gone, but we hardly see each other anymore anyway...

But it can't really be a kidnapping, can it Mr. Edgeworth? Kidnappers usually want something, don't they? Like Mr. De Killer when... when he kidnapped Mystic Maya.

We've all been...quite busy lately.

There are...other reasons, but ransom and coercion are some of the most common. Wright is perhaps a more likely target than the average person, simply by dint of his career, but I haven't been able to determine any substantial motive for kidnapping.

We don't yet know that this is a mundane kidnapping. The community is just as likely a culprit.
