I've been traveling for a few weeks, but I finally got to partake of the CSA share this week!

We got -
3 heads of red cabbage
2 zucchini
5 summer squash
1 lb. of carrots
1 bunch of kale
1 bunch swiss chard
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch beets
1 green pepper
1 bunch of basil

We've REALLY enjoyed the share this week.  Less greens and more other colors.

So, I know I'd told people I would post about my CSA food and inspired eating.  So, here we go!
I split this share with another family.

Week 1 Share, 6/5-
4 heads of lettuce (various)
1 bunch kale
3 lbs of braising greens
1/2 lb arugula
3/4 lb pac choi
1 bunch oregano
1 bunch turnips
1 bunch radishes

And I let Felicity's 1st birthday come and go with nothing...

Well, nothing on LJ.  We celebrated spectacularly without me planning a whole lot either. 
She had 2 playdate parties, 1 daycare party, and 2 family parties.
