Twenty nine has been, without doubt, my most eventual and best year to date.

But I'm done with it, have been for over 16 hours now, by law, or nearly 11 hours by fact.

In fact, I'm done with my twenties, don't need them any more. So, here I am, brain-locked at about 14. Body-flung into 30.

Isn't it grand :D

Went off to try and do a 2 hour run today. Hoping I'd make it through 120 minutes of trudging pain, in a vague hope it would help me survive Rome in three weeks time.

Ended up doing 2 hours 17 minutes of running and 16-17 miles.

My legs hurt now, but that's the furthest I've ever run and not a bad time for it to boot.

Go me! :)
