2 simulation patients thus far, neither have MSK issues. First is postpartum hypothyroid, second is apparently reactive hypoglycemia. I say apparently because according to Medscape, Robins pathology and pubmed the case doesn't work! Note to self: follow own advice
First day back to Wu Shu in a long time, and with only one week until going back to school I want to get as much training in now and possibly learn a new form or 2. Today was an hour of Tai Chi with Coach Song, if you've never done real Tai Chi, not just the breathing stuff, you have no idea. 2 forms and continued working on the long sword form. Every time my mom's family gets together, or attempts to, I always seem to conveniently forget how badly things went the time previous. This time was for my grandfathers 90th birthday, my mom arranged for a band that he used to play with and was a big fan of to come and play at the assistant living center that my grandfather lives in. Group projects, group projects where you don't get to pick your topic or your group, a group project where I got assigned type 2 diabetes(ok fine, not that interesting but why not), and 3 group members who only one of which bothers to show up to class once a week or so, the other 2 never show. So the "frat" on my campus has more or less behaved in the ways that one normally expect, including the new pledges walking around with a paddle with the frats letters on it.
