Addicted...

I often find songs that I really like and get temporarily addicted to them.  It's nice in a way because I will listen to them constantly and learn all the lyrics, but at the same time it's bloody annoying because I can't stop listening to them.  Even when I'm not listening to the song, it's absolutely stuck in my head and I hear it.  Why is this?

I know how you feel.

Certain songs will have me thinking of different times in life and I will listen to them over and over again.

Let me guess, the song you have posted is one of them? I love that song!

Germans have a word for this phenomenom. They call it an Earworm.
