Great Rassilon that's amazing. Sick and wrong, perhaps, but still amazing and I loved it.

Thank you for posting!

I don't know the characters, really, but love how you wrote them. There is tension and pain and awe and an obvious tangled complex relationship here that makes me wish you wrote for more fandoms I knew. The TARDIS thing is asfdsdfasa awesome, for some reason; I don't know, I have a thing for the environments people are in being living and surrounding them and intertwining with them, or something.

You would love the TARDIS! Semisentient ships are love. So, so much love. And, actually, this clip from the end of Boom Town was the first bit of New Doctor Who I had ever seen. Exposition-y and deeply weird, but... sentient ship love! And the Doctor was deliciously creepy and notquitehuman. (About 6 minutes, 14Mb, .mov)

And the Doctor and the Master--they have that sort of best-enemies, closer-than-friends, deeply-damaged-and-deeply-damaged-by-each-other vibe that just fascinates me, so, so much. A lot of people read it as sexual, and it's not hard to see why; it's intense, intimate, and New Series Master has to be one of the most hedonistic men on the face of the planet. (That particular clip is about 5 minutes long and 10Mb, from the The Sound Of Drums, one of the last three episodes of the third series.)

Edited for my getting words mixed up

I do see it, yes. Not necessarily sexual, but it's something, by god; I suppose it has to be, when you're one of a few immortals, or in this case one of just two. You know you're the only people who'll ever entirely get it even if you hate each other.

("Psychiatrist's field day", lol. I do always wonder where the Master got his name. It does lend itself to the obvious thoughts.)

So... I wonder what she saw when she looked into the TARDIS's soul, what it did to her. Transformation by looking directly into the raw essence of what someone or something is, realising that the raw stuff of people and life is omgbeautiful... it rings true to me, on some level.

I have no idea whether to be mildly uncomfortable and unsettled or squee, so I figure I'll settle for both. ...Squee?
