Feeling fine anyways. Can appreciate the small amount of weight loss from intermittent fasting, but should probably eat healthier still. Not to say I'm eating unhealthy, it's just not as healthy as it should be.

My back is marginally better, took some time and a lot of Chinese menthol. So far don't think it was any spinal or never damage. But looking into it, turns out my bad posture isn't helping--pelvic anterior tilt.

Finally saw a doctor a few weeks ago. It's bursitis of the knee. Rest of my exam was unremarkable. He referred me to physical therapy but because of in network insurance bullshit the PT office told me to get a new referral elsewhere. Couple of weeks ago i did the freedom trail with my cousin and her son's godfather, one of these college grads that likes to peregrinate famous schools. We went to Harvard square and walked to MIT.
