i wish i could help
i feel like you now
you want to help but you dont know how
and it's taking all your efforts to keep yourself out of a hospital to try to keep someone else out too

hospitals are bad
i honestly dont think it would help you much
or maybe its just that i've seen people that it hasnt helped
i think maybe you should try a different theropist if that guy isnt helping
get someone younger
my mother can reccommend one to you if you want
she knows about every theropist in the state >_some things ccant and will never change
