I'm sorry, do you lot have any idea where you are? This is Hogwarts, and it is a magic school, in case you've all forgotten. Since when did Muggle entertainment justify a club, much less two of them?

A lot of you have NEWTs coming up, and you're going to spend your time kicking balls around on the grass? You deserve to fail.

There's no reason people can't have interests that involve muggles.

As opposed to something productive?

Many of the clubs revolve around hobbies anyways, although I don't see why things involving Muggles can't be productive in their own right.

The rest of them are seeking to practice a skill, or provide a service. Which of those categories does analyzing a still-picture book fall into?

[ uhh i-ink blots..... ]

Well we've Muggle studies. And learning about Muggle culture is important to those who will one day work around them, eh?

Who here is going to spend their time working with Muggles?

A few people, I'm sure, if there's a Ministry department dedicated to those matters.

Anyway, Wizard London and Muggle London are all part of the same London. If we're going to live among them, there's no reason not to learn more about them...

Those jobs are delegated onto those not qualified enough for a real one.

How in-depth do you need to be to share a city?

I don't know, the Muggle sports are kind of cool. They're like Quidditch, but on the ground.

To watch the other teams' tryouts. They're less conspicuous.

I'm not joining either of them, I'm just saying they're kind of fun. I'm going to be a photographer instead, hopefully!

That's a good idea. I'll see if I can grab some.

Isn't it better that the people who have an interest in muggles do so in an organized fashion? You can more easily avoid them.

You can't ignore squealing Gryffindors, it's impossible.

Boys who have just hit puberty are effortlessly manipulated. I need spies.

You can tell them to keep it in their club rooms, at least.

I imagine that pubescent boys would find you more enticing than I.

I don't think they're the type to listen.

Which is why you're bringing them to me.

I know perfectly well, I've been well-versed in their idea of sports. I've even taken on a few, myself. I know what I'm talking about.
