bike bucket with arduino
the arduino has been sitting next to my PC for a month. its very cute - it has a little led and can run simple programs on its 8bit processor. its a pet to the core2duo desktop computer.
i got a couple LEDs and a battery pack and this evening I mounted it in the bike bucket.

the shamrock run is 5 weeks away. i need to be adding a mile a week.
the run today was unusual. rather than going a mile and hitting a wall at 1.25 miles, i hit a wall at 0.5 miles. i thought i was going to stop after the first mile when my aim was two. after a couple 15 second walks, the feeling lifted. i did the two miles at 10 minutes each. -

tuesday night had no winning democrat
Hillary and Barak are suprizingly neck-and-neck.
it may be that the nation will look to the late
states like Oregon to decide a winner. -
tonight's winner will be president
it feels like the next president will be decided tonight. either hillary or barak. oregon has no part in it because of the timing of our primary. if there is a landslide for one candidate, that will carry him or her to the november election and from there to the oval office. i am assuming the democrats will win the next election. i think the public ( Read more... )
