It kind of worries me that they're trying to conceive another child. If I was that poor I'd probably wait a little bit...

And I happen to like having a gravy boat.

I can't believe the number of people who replied to that post with variations of "it's not tacky at all! Here's a cute way to put your money-scrounging request on your invitations!"

WHEN PEOPLE ARE BEING GENEROUS AND GIVING YOU THINGS, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PICKY AND DEMANDING! If you get too many gravy boats, quietly return them to the store or sell them on eBay. God, why is that so hard?

Why bother with an invitation? She should just send an invoice.

Marry me. You're funny, and I could use the money.

Ha! My boyfriend's brother said to us, "my wedding is costing $200 a head. So you should give us at least that much as a cash gift." He wasn't kidding, either.

She should use this to find out what she's owed by every guest at her wedding. Easy!

Why bother getting married? Just call all your friends & family to say 'gimme money'. And what's she going to do for the encore with Child #2? Whore it out for cash too?

They can have friends & family take their pictures with the bride & groom then sell them at the end of the night for $10 each! Same goes for the baby after it's born!
