i just found this video on bite inhibition and i think it describes what needs to happen perfectly. the same goes for if you're playing tug with your dog and get nibbled by accident. yipe and put the toy away and end the game and i guarantee that the dog will be more careful next time.

Our 4 month old pup Lucy (and Aussie) is a biter. Any ideas on how to curb that? Good chew toy recommendations? We have some toys, and we give her pig ears, but she is constantly trying to nip at us and our two year old.
