So I actually had a really nice weekend. Sis took The Nephew to Chicago for his spring break trip. They met some friends at the Field Museum so they could go to the Greek exhibit. That's such a fun weekend! I find that Payless shoes are getting better and better. My favorite "walk the dog" shoes are from there, and they're super comfortable.

I've always loved Payless, but they are more limited than other stores. Like their prices are really good, but you get less options, so you have to hope they have something you like. But it's where I've shopped for shoes my whole life and if I don't find what I want, then I go to a Target. Target is also pretty decent on price. I am such a shoe nerd, if I had the my way, I'd have a different pair of sneakers for every day of the week. And if I could wear them, I'd have a shoe closet full of heels, I swear!

It was a really good weekend, yes! And P is the best nephew ever, omg. He really wanted to keep the worry stone for himself, but he decided that I needed it more. And I really use it a lot, to just kind of hold and rub my thumb on while I'm watching TV, so I don't pick my finger nails as much hopefully.

I've been having a lot good weekends lately, but no wonder I haven't been as productive during my weekdays, lol!

The Nephew is the best, I always get him a souvenir when I go somewhere like an aquarium or a zoo, and he decided he should get me something this time!

Weekends have been good lately!

The Nephew was thinking he should buy me something, since I always buy him something at places like that, but then apparently he really wanted to keep the worry stone and finally decided okay he'd give it to me. Lol. I use it all the time, it was a good purchase on his part. He's totally the sweetest.
