The BARB have revealed the finals for Deep Breath:

9,169,000 (2nd)

This is an increase of around 35% on the overnights, up from a 31% increase last year. It was only beaten by the controversial episode of The Great British Bake Off this week.

The overnight ratings are in for The Day of The Doctor and unsurprisingly they are very high, coming in at 10.2 million. This puts it as the 5th most watched Doctor Who episode in overnight ratings this century ( Read more... )

7,453,000 (8th)

This is a large rise of 813,000 on the previous week, even larger than was shown in the overnights. In the weekly ratings, it moves up 11 relative places leaping ahead of all the broadcasts of Emmerdale, all but one episode of Eastenders and The Apprentice, but was ( Read more... )

OK so I like math.
