I would have gone with this one if you didn't mention it already! Perfect scene is perfect . . .

Doctor-TARDIS banter cracks me up so much because it's so natural yet so awkward.
2. The Weeping Angels as they approach with the lights flickering
Best monsters, EVER. What makes it really shocking isn't so much the sudden movement but the change in the angels' faces from serene to rabid. Also the episode to get the most screams out of people who've never seen Who before.

Big fan of River, and anything badass that she does. Particularly loved it when she shot the Dalek, because as much as they are a beloved Who villian, in my head they're like really annoying mosquitoes.
4. "I just wanted to say... Hello. Hello Doctor, it's so very, very nice to meet you."
Brilliant scene between Matt and Suranne, also the lighting and MUSIC. What was sad for me was how the TARDIS was just getting used to being alive and talking, and the Doctor loving that he gets to talk to her, then it's all taken away in a very short amount of time.
5. "You should kill us all on sight."I've gone back to ( ... )

Mind you, this scene makes me cry like a baby too, but in the way that I am smiling while crying. When she says "Hello," I can't help but smile because of the way she says it. She's so overwhelmed with emotion and she's obviously sad because she's not going to be able to talk to him again, but she's also so ecstatic to finally be able to speak to him. I love seeing that look on her face, and even though it's sad because her human form is going away, that last little bit is so reassuring and comforting.
2. The angel coming out of the TV in The Time of Angels. The whole picture-becomes-an-angel thing really freaks me out in general, but I've always had some scaredy-cat issues with the idea of something taking over televisions. I hate that scary story trope of something not coming off the TV even when unplugged, and there's this creepypasta about turning the TV off if your television cuts to static, because then on the TV you will see "the cause of your disappearance" or ( ... )
