I have to choose only one scene for all of these? That's massively unfair! Here's my (unsuccessful) attempt to whittle it down.

1. always raises a smile: all the scenes between the Doctor and Craig. There's just something about the two of them together that makes me want to grin like a looney thing.

2. has you hiding behind the sofa/sofa cushion: The scenes where Amy and Canton are in the house with the Silence. Especially that moment where you realise there are like 50 of them nesting in one room *shudder*

3. has you punching the air: Amy remembering the Doctor back into existence. I just love that he planted those memories and she took it and ran with it.

4. leaves a lump in your throat: Rory dying in Amy's Choice. His faith that Amy will look after the baby, the Doctor's ineffectiveness, Amy's pain over Rory and disbelief that the Doctor can't do anything ... *sniffle*

5. gives you the shivers: I don't find the plot of Night Terrors all that scary, but those dolls really do send shivers up my spine. Ugly, creepy, horrid things. Also the moment when we realise that Amy is trapped in a faster timeline in The Girl Who Waited.

6. makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside: Amy and Rory running away with the Doctor on their wedding night. After all the stress of the previous episode it still makes me feel happy that Amy got to be both married and go on adventures. Happiest of happy endings :)

7. do you wish we’d seen (i.e. an implied or referenced event/adventure): Space Florida :D

8. do you re-visit again and again: All of Amy's Choice (what? That's totally not cheating). I'm ridiculously shippy and it's just such a great shippy episode for Amy/Rory and it was fun and creepy and just plain cool. I also love the depth we see into the Doctor and how a repeated viewing can show things that I didn't notice first time round.

I would have gone with this one if you didn't mention it already! Perfect scene is perfect . . .
