1. The Doctor's pouting through the beginning of "Time of Angels" when he's trying to convince himself that he's not impressed by River at all, but he really is. It's so adorable, yet hilarious.

2. The Weeping Angel advancing on Amy in "Time of Angels." Even though I know what's coming, it still freaks me out to no end.

3. The Doctor's speech to his assembled enemy forces in "The Pandorica Opens." It's just amazing. A close runner-up is his big reveal to the clerics, Headless Monks, etc. in "A Good Man Goes to War."

4. River's speech to the Doctor atop the pyramid in "The Wedding of River Song." That more than anything, even "The Girl Who Waited" and when the Doctor made Amy lose her blind faith in him in "The God Complex" made me want to cry. I was trying very hard not to the entire time.

5. Everything that went on in the hotel in "The God Complex." As scary as "Night Terrors" was suppose to be, I found "The God Complex" far more horrifying.

6. Echo the Pond family reunion in "A Good Man Goes to War" and also the final scene where River tells the Doctor who she really is.

7. I really wish we'd seen an adventure with the Doctor and young River when she was in university to bridge the gap between "Let's Kill Hitler" and River's actions in "The Wedding of River Song."

8. Oh wow, there's a lot as well. There's Amy and Rory's wedding to start with, which was just amazing. Rory punching out the Doctor in "The Pandorica Opens" and declaring that Amy is more important than the universe to him. The Doctor and River fighting the Silence in "Day of the Moon." The Doctor's farewell to Idris in "The Doctor's Wife" as well. The revelation scene of "A Good Man Goes to War," which is my most replayed scene. The Doctor's speech to Alfie in "Closing Time." Amy killing Madame Kovarian. The entire scene atop the pyramid in Area 52. There's a so much in both these series that's worth revisiting.
