Agree with everyone here that the little girl in TIA is not River. I also don't think Amy and Rory get to raise up Melody. So the Doctor dotes on her instead.

About something else, I read it somewhere that after TBB all events regarding the crack had never happened. Which means prisoner zero never came to Earth. But the soldiers in AGMGTW talked about the Doctor called back the Atrix. As it's Moffat writing...

I'd just like to say: Amy is going to be SO PISSED when she finds out how River died. (assuming she does. But it'd be terrible if she just never knew what happens to River.)
