I find myself more and more comforted in the smallest of things.  If my mind runs in large, dangerous circles I can be reeled in by the simplest of acts.  I just need to keep the circles small.

It's like having a puppy bark uncontrolably and rubbing it behind the ears and have it go to sleep.
