I took a specific gravity reading tonight to check on how the fermentation is coming along. My OG was 1.073 and the reading I took tonight is at 1.022. That calculates out to a current ABV of %6.681. Fermentation still has a ways to go and the brew taste a bit sweet still, indicating that there are still sugars yet to ferment. I'm not sure what

but there is no brewing involved with that one. You just have to add water and force carbonate. We can get a different concentrate and make our own ussing spices and our own sugars. If we did one like that then we could yeast carbonate it in either the Growler(1/2 gal. size) or 5 gal. batches in the soda keg, also yeast carbonated. The main cost differance there will be mostly with the cost of the extra sugar for the bigger batch.
