Newest Brew

Today was a very productive day as far as brewing was concerned. I took a trip to Homebrew HQ in the crazy rain to pick up a diffuser stone/ filter set up, and a thermostat for the fridge to control my brewing temperatures precisely.  I also stopped by Home Depot to get an oxygen tank to use in conjunction with the airation stone.  My beer

We could make a soda or rootbeer, but I'm not sure if I could get the yeast strain that N/A makers use to make beer.
