Newest Brew
Today was a very productive day as far as brewing was concerned. I took a trip to Homebrew HQ in the crazy rain to pick up a diffuser stone/ filter set up, and a thermostat for the fridge to control my brewing temperatures precisely. I also stopped by Home Depot to get an oxygen tank to use in conjunction with the airation stone. My beer ingredients arrived in the mail this morning. When I came home I found the package on under the door mat. I also ordered a root-beer concentrate from Spreker brewery. The beer style for the batch I made tonight is a Belgian Triple.
