Ever eager, Chii rushed onto the scene to bow and say, "Hello, Phoenix Wright-san. I am Chii," in her formal tone. Then with that out of the way she had to ask, "What is an attorney? I do not know this."

"It's just another word for lawyer." Phoenix blinked a few times. "You know, like, when someone...is accused of doing something. They need a lawyer?" It was surprisingly hard to explain what a defense attorney was.

Chii knew what defense itself meant, and, thankfully, also the word accused. "I do not know what a lawyer is. But I understand the rest. Why do you defend people if they have been accused? And what somethings are those?"

Phoenix smiled uncertainly. "Well, just because someone has been accused of something doesn't mean they're guilty of it." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Okay, Phoenix," giggled Mickey. "Are you ready to find out which of our excitin' lands you'll be livin' in?"
