I seriously think I need to go see a therapist or go on a journey of self-discovery, or some other stuff like that. I just don't know anymore... about life, about meaning, and about me...

I feel as though I haven't experienced true happiness ever since I started high school. I'm trapped in-between a rock and a hard place with no way to escape whatsoever.  My heart is not in the right place anymore. I still feel it beating, but I cannot feel it spiritually anymore. You ever have those moments where your parents expect to do whatever they want you to do and not what you want to do. I do. Practically all the time. Especially from daddy dearest. It seems as though Mother Nature itself is getting into the April Fool's Day spirit because it is actually snowing in Seattle. In Spring. Granted, the snow is mixed in with with rain, but I swear it is somewhat snowing out here. It's officially official: the state of Washington gets the kraziest weather I've ever seen.

I aspire to become a great writer. Problem is I've been in a creative slump for quite a while now. Heck, I can't even write in my Live Journal without some bit of inspiration and motivation. Maybe it's time I put some of my ideas somewhere safe so I can remember them for later, in case my bad memory kicks in again. I just need to read that one ( Read more... )
