Night would not come, but something even darker would. In her living room the sound of a low hum could be heard suddenly, followed by footsteps and the apartment fell quiet again. The silence didn't last long as the footsteps started again, moving through her apartment towards her bedroom. The door opened and a familiar short figure walked in. He looked around, his seemingly glowing eyes falling on that bundle of comforter and UTAU in the corner. His look instantly become worried, though most of it was hidden in the darkness.

"Tei-chan?" The echidna moved over to her and activated one of his Warp Rings, holding it in his hand so the golden light would illuminate the corner of the room. His face could be seen and he looked down at her, his eyes showing concern.

"My dear, are you alright?"

Tei jumped a little in surprise at the sudden voice, but she didn't shy away from him, instead pulling the blanket back so that it formed a hood around her head with messy bits of silver sticking out from under it. Her hand still held the class pin tightly, but she kept her fingers around it, hiding it from view.

"T-Tei-chan i-is fine... mostly..."

Finitevus raised a brow moved a bit closer to her, examining her face as well as what else he could see.

"You do not seem fine to me, my dear. What is wrong?" His voice wasn't harsh or stern as it normally was. He spoke in a soft voice with a worried tone. He was worried for his UTAU. If she wasn't happy then she was not in top form.

She had stopped crying recently (though it had been an on and off thing all day) but the remnants of tears still showed on her face. She curled a little tighter, running a thumb over the class pin.

"... felt weird last week. I-it's gone now," she answered, determined to not give him the whole story.
