Master of the grill, king of the coals, Lorne stood spatula at the ready and an apron with the all too classic "Kiss the cook" emblazoned on it.

With ease and grace he flipped a sizzling patty so it would cook properly on both sides before turning to greet whomever had come up to his side with a bright smile, "What can I get for you?"

Fisk licked his lips. He had heard of the BBQ through the grapevine and decided to come. He couldn't pass up free food.

"Got any potatoes?" he asked Lorne.

"Coming right up!" Lorne responded cheerfully scooping up some potatoes from a serving platter and slipping them onto the grill, "How do you want them?" He added as his grill fork skillfully maneuvered the tubers.

A small set up had been put together off to one side with not only a fully stocked minibar with Goblimon to tend it, but a Karaoke stage...because it just wouldn't be a Hyperion party without music.

Cleaning out a glass the snappy dressed Digimon was ready to handle any amount of drink orders so long as it kept the people happy.

One such party guest was Red Riding Hood watching her partner Strabimon perform while she sampled some of the more crisp and refreshing alcoholic beverages on hand.

The wolf was making flirtatious eyes at any female in sight as he sang.

Red couldn't help but sway and dance to the beat even by herself, it was infectious and Strabimon wasn't that bad a singer.

Dr. Tenenbaum sat at the bar, a drink in her hand. Goblimon was over by the pool having fun while she was here, relaxing. She couldn't help but hope to see a familiar face at this event, but part of her expected for that to not happen.

It may be here lucky night, as stumbling out into the evening air was a familiar furry head being led by a loud blocky companion.

"Come on now we're supposed to be enhancing the sensitivity on the security cameras.' Kats insisted but T.A would have no part of it, "Work tomorrow, party now!" She ordered.

Off in the dark corners behind air conditioning vents and such Sarasim patrolled around the outer rim of the roof.

A eight foot chain link fence had been erected around the edges of the roof as a safety precaution because...well frankly it was less difficult then locking off the roof from everyone completely.

Gazing out at the city lights Sarasim couldn't help but feel as though danger was waiting just beyond the lights just beginning to flicker on as the sun set in the distance.

Kudamon was off enjoying herself at the party, but Sarasim would remain vigilant, it was all she cared to do.

And sniffing his way along the fence was one of the newest members of the Inn, Ms. Lion!

His partner Amber the Tailmon had brought him to the Hyperion to hide from her sister and Bloodclan, but somehow he'd gotten away from her and was exploring all on his own.

Let it never be said that Onizuka was not inventive.

Somehow, someway in the space of a few hours he had put together not only a large portable swimming pool for the party, but a pair...not one but TWO fully functional hot tubs.

When asked how he mysteriously responded that "Someone owed him a couple favors.

With a sigh of bliss he slid into the hot tub and cracked the tab on a cold can of beer waiting to be joined in his relaxing.

In the pool savoring how cool and refreshing the water was, a massive alligator drifted casually on his back with a blissful sigh, his partner munching on a hotdog near the edge of the water.

"I tell you peewee, this is the life~" Louis called to his partner who made a point to ignore the blissfully chill reptile as he casually drifted about the pool.

Splash had come to this event to socialize. That, and Lorne was hosting it. He'd always treated her well. Upon seeing that there was a pool, she'd made a beeline to it. Sure, she COULD function out of water, but she was built for aquatic functionality above all else.

She dove into the pool, with Gomamon following close on her proverbial heels, and she surfaced with a giggle. She caught sight of Louis, then, and she tilted her head. "Huh," she said to herself, swimming over to him. "You don't normally see an alligator in a pool!"

"See that's how you know, this gator is one classy reptile~" Purred Louis opening his eyes and winking at Splash without moving any other part of his body.
