Yes, yes, relaxing was very good, but in a place like the Funbari Onsen, it wasn't made to last. Especially when it housed a small impulsive blonde shaman and his companions

Tiffany swooned a little, any compliment from Hana had that affect on her really. "W-well I like your hair too, it reminds me of a lion's mane." She moved a little closer and only then realized how close they were to one another...and naked. Her face lit up again but she bit her lip, there was no way she'd freak out! No no no! Not here, not now! They were having fun t-there was no need to spaz out and ruin it!

Noticing her reddening face, he let the stands of hair slip gently from his fingers. "Tiff-chan?" He moved even closer, peering at her face. "Are you okay? Is the bath too hot?" There was just a small gap of water separating them now, and she'd already backed herself close to the edge.

Tiffany gave a shiver as her heart did a flip. He was so close...so very cute!

N-no Tiffany! S-stop that! You stop that right now! Don't freak out! If you do I swear I'll...I'll...I don't know what I'll do but it'll be bad!!!

Being admonished by herself didn't help much...he was so close, his lips...

"I-I'm fine, a-a little warm but I'm OK..." She mumbled in a haze making sure to sink up to her shoulders again to ensure that her breasts were hidden below the surface.

But his concern only grew when he saw her dip further into the warm water. "It's not good to stay in the bath when you're too hot, Tiff-chan."

He moved, bringing himself down, putting himself face to face with her now. Centimeters were all that separated his toned chest and her developing one. He pressed his forehead to hers, he could feel the heat seeping from it, but misunderstood it's meaning.

Large caramel eyes looked into hers, overflowing with loyalty and trustworthiness, with concern bobbing just above the surface. "Maybe you need to get out of the bath now, huh, Tiff-chan?" He reached out to stroke her arm softly in a what he hoped to be comforting and encouraging manner.

His fingers reached out to stroke her bare arm, lighting raced along her skin her mind went blank the world went white.

Before she knew what had happened her lips mashed against his in a kiss, firm, full of love and affection, all the noise in her head had gone silent, all that was left was the dripping of water off their hair and the birds in the trees.

Similarly, everything stopped for Hana too. The moment he felt her warm lips pressed to his, his eyes widened, his body froze and he went rigid.

Somewhere at the back of his mind to managed to register that this kiss was similar to ones he'd received from his aunts and mother (aside from their length) but there were also things that were distinctly different.

Shock having stopped him in his tracks, even his hand remained hovering just above her arm. His lips, though pleasantly warm and tasting faintly of the iced buns served at Jinx's Teashop, remained unresponsive.

Tiffany was flying, flying high through the air at the sensation...

...only to be brought back to earth by an abrupt crash as she realized what she had just done.

Sandy's gonna kill me if Anna doesn't first...

The sudden rush of emotions, love, joy, fear, shock, confusion, embarrassment hit her all at once and resulted in a powerful release of magic energy that made all the water in the hotspring explode up into the air leaving the two young heroes starkers in an empty hotspring as the water blasted high up into the sky, a massive blob of shimmering liquid framed against the sun.

Hana blinked for a few moments and opened his mouth to speak when the water went rushing into the air, interrupting him.

He gaped for awhile at the hovering liquid, mouth open, head tilted right back, a strange croaking noise emitting from the back of his throat before finally speaking.

"Oh shit! Mom's gonna kill me! I lost the bath water!" It seemed this new development not only made him forget about the kiss, but also the fact he was completely naked as he gripped his own hair and began bouncing on the spot in frustration. "Aaaaaaahhhh!"

Tiffany let out a cry of shock and confusion "O-oh no! Ohnoohno I'm so sorry I-I didn't mean to I....ACK!" She let out a screech as the water came pouring down like a localized thunderstorm. It rained in sheets until the bath was full once more...and the entire hotsprings area was soaked.

Tiffany to her credit looked like a drown rat, her hair hanging in front of her face, stunned by the entire ordeal.

Hana stood there in the water. Hair plastered to his face and eyelashes clotted together. If he'd looked like a wet dog before hand, now he looked like a sodden lion.

Seeming quite unresponsive and calm, he looked about himself. When he'd finished and let out a small sigh it was clear to see the worry and fear shivering behind his cool mask. "Mom's gonna be so mad..."

Tiffany didn't even bother to part her hair, she simply sat there in the water, resembling a slightly more feminine version of Cousin It from the Adams Family.

"I-I'll clean it up a-and take full responsibility. I-it was my fault." she tried to offer.

Hana shook his head. "Nar, she'll probably yell at both of us anyway." He sighed and ran a hand through his damp hair. "I hope it doesn't take all night to do."

His stomach made a noise. "... And I hope she doesn't take away dinner."

Tiffany finally parted her hair like a curtain, "Y-you shouldn't get in trouble j-just because I...because I..." she stammered and squeaked face lighting up with embarrassment again, "A-and if she takes away d-dinner I-I'll give you mine! A-and if she takes away mine I-I'll bring you snacks!" She insisted in a panic to apologize.

Hana chuckled and smiled at her. "It's okay, Tiff-chan. I don't mind. I usually make a mess of the bath anyway. I'm sure if we clean it up properly mom'll save us some food."

Tiffany smiled softly, he seemed to have forgotten what caused the explosion for the time being, "S-should we get started...o-or do you want to play some more?" She asked still keeping her body mostly under water out of modesty.
