While Satsuma seemed surprised at this, part of him remembered what Kudamon had told him that morning... but Kudamon hadn't said anything to anyone else... had he?

"Daimon-hakase..." he began, putting his clasped hands on the desk. "Is something wrong?"

"Satsuma..." Koushirou started, "we have reason to believe that Lillian is in fact the Demon King of Lust, Lillithmon. I've been contemplating the thought that the Demon Kings have human forms for a while now, but before now I didn't have any solid proof. But...somehow something good has come from the seal. Taichi, you explain."

"... I wouldn't say that," said Taichi. "But I think Lillithmon did something to my memory the night I was marked. Either way, I... I remember seeing Ms. Monroe that night, and I remember her revealing herself as Lillithmon..."

He frowned. "My memory's still hazy, but... I'm sure of it."

Sora sighed lightly. "It... would explain a lot of things, such as how easily Daemon sealed Taichi with no one being any the wiser... Not to mention, they seem to know everything we're doing, one way or another..."

Suguru stepped forward. There were tears in his eyes as well, but his expression was one of absolute, righteous fury...

"Lillithmon," he began. "You've toyed with the hearts and minds of hundreds... and now... now you've killed my best friend..."

His face twisted into one of anger, and he cried out angrily, "I DON'T CARE IF I LOSE HERE TODAY! LILLITHMON! I, DAIMON SUGURU, WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!"

Light flared off of Suguru's body, and in seconds, Leormon evolved into LoaderLeomon, who roared and charged strait towards Lillithmon.

Sora stared blankly, her body shaking as she stared at the sight. All of her frustrations from earlier with Satsuma's choices seemed as if they hadn't even been there, and the only thing sitting on her mind was how she had practically snapped at him before...

Birdramon spread out a wing in front of the young woman, and the Digimon looked down at her. "She won't hurt anyone again, Sora. We'll see to that."

Haruhi had been rounded up with the other Tamers, barely able to really comprehend what was happening. All she knew was that something was up, and Lord help anyone who stopped Suzumiya Haruhi from being apart of "something" when it "was up."

But... this...

Seeing Satsuma's body, prone, bleeding, so apparently lifeless...

She had never, not TRULY, REALLY seen something this horrible. And with someone she actually KNEW...

...and never got along with, ever arguing and second-guessing anything the man had EVER said to her in her short time within the organization...

Her body began to tremble a bit, and she sunk down to her knees, unable to keep herself upright, nothing but absolute horror in her eyes...

Then, there was a flash of golden light, and a white, angelic being took Patamon's place, where he'd been hovering before her.

"Haruhi-sama," Angemon said, glancing down at her. "I'll--"

His words were cut extremely short, as another, far more intense light flared up.

Masaru, too, was one of those that had been gathered. And he, also, hadn't expected to find what they had.

Now?

Towering above many of those gathered, RizeGreymon stood tall.

At his feet, was Masaru, head hung, fists clenched. Digi-Soul practically POURED off his body, flaring up wildly and out of control.

"You bitch."

His head snapped up, eyes filled with hatred and rage, as tears brimmed in them. "We're..."

He began to run forward.

"GONNA..."

RizeGreymon's engines ignited, and he dashed across the ground, while Masaru cocked back a fist and jumped into the air

"KILL YOU!!!"
